About Erica


Erica has been using mindfulness-based approaches to help people develop healthy relationships with body, mind and food for over 25 years.

Her journey as a clinical nutritionist led her toward integrative work as a psychotherapist, yoga teacher and mind body health coach.   She has worked with youth, families and professionals that serve them for the over 20 years as a graduate and post graduate educator, licensed therapist, coach, program developer, director and consultant.

Erica founded Integrative Life Services, bringing a team of talented individuals together in order to more effectively help individuals, families, and organizations realize their vision for better living at home and work. Through ILS Erica is privileged to integrate her talents and passion for teaching, coaching and counseling individuals and groups toward greater levels of well being in their professional and personal lives.

Erica is the principal provider at Integrative Life.  Other practitioners in our group are licensed Master’s and doctorate level psychotherapists, registered yoga teachers and certified addictions counselors.

Although clients, students and life experiences have been Erica’s strongest and most enduring teachers, she also holds the following formal qualifications:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW
  • Registered Dietician Nutritionist – RDN
  • Registered and Experienced Yoga Teacher- E-RYT 500
  • Certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT
  • Senior Addictions Counselor – CACIII
  • Past certification as a Fitness Instructor, American College of Sports Medicine

Erica has had formal training to provide and facilitate the following:

  • Yoga Ed – Life skills and Yoga Curriculum, K-12 and Tools for Teachers
  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction – professionally trained by Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli
  • Professional Life Coaching
