We provide private yoga and mindfulness practice instruction at studios in the Denver area,  and in our office on Marion street.

Private Yoga Instruction

If you are interested in yoga  and would like to feel more oriented and comfortable in group classes,  private instruction can give you the attention and space that you need to ask questions and find our what works best for you.  You may find that practicing individually with a yoga teacher works best for you,  or a few private sessions may help you feel more comfortable in group classes or practicing on your own.

There are many many different styles and approaches to yoga.  We draw from a variety of traditions in order to be sure that your emerging practice fits for you and gives you the health benefits you are seeking.

Private Mindfulness Instruction

As with yoga,  there are many different traditions and approaches to practicing mindfulness.  We draw from a variety of traditions and mindful awareness forms.    Learning mindful awareness practices and becoming more mindful is possible for all people.  Private instruction may be helpful in exploring the forms and practices that fit best for you.    You may prefer to work privately with a mindfulness teacher,  or a few sessions may allow you to feel more comfortable practicing on your own or going to group or public classes and sessions.
